We prefer that our customers call in Monday- Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. However, if this is an inconvenience feel free to email us to schedule, setup a convenient call time or to ask any questions. Also, if you wish to call after hours, feel free to leave a message at any time.

Typically an appointment will take 15 to 30 minutes and later that day you will be provided with an estimate along with a list of referrals. Work can usually be scheduled to begin within 2 weeks, if the project involves new flooring we will order wood 5-7 days prior to the start date.

If you have more than one estimate, we highly encourage you to check the credentials of each contractor (bond & insurance) and ask for referrals. You can check at: www.lni.wa.gov (Look Up Contractors or Tradespeople.)
